THE BRIEF

We were commissioned by to develop creative concepts and provide design consultancy for the  CAT A+ refurbishment of several office suites within a prestigious W1 building.  Taking inspiration from the recently refurbished ground floor lobby to develop creative concepts for a professional environment which feels stylish and aspirational. Particular attention was paid to surface finishes: looking to add as much texture as possible to soften the space and depth.

This refurbishment work will be viewed as a design template which can be applied to any future refurbishments within the building leading in order to deliver a cohesive feel over the long term.  The end result is a high end commercial environment which will attract top rents, premium tenants and minimise void periods
